Community Guidelines
Please keep these guidelines in mind—and abide by our Terms of Service, of course—while you’re using Sutori.
To start with, here are some basic DOs and DON’Ts:
The DOs
Keep it honest
Writing fiction can be fun and some people even make a living doing it, but Sutori all about keeping it real. Real stories. Real people. Real life.Keep it constructive
Sure sometimes a good, old fashioned rant is just what the doctor ordered. And that’s fine with us. But if you don’t make it clear what made you want to start ranting in the first place—and what can be done about it—then all you’ve got left is hot air. Which is only a good thing if you are a balloonist.Stay on topic
Sutori is all about the experiences you’ve had as a customer. So musings about the meaning of life are probably not appropriate—unless your view of the meaning of life involves products or services of some sort.Enjoy yourself!
Enough said.
The DON’Ts
Don’t harass, abuse or impersonate others
If we receive a legitimate complaint about your conduct, we’ll send you a warning or just plain terminate your account.Don’t post sexually explicit stories
If you do, we’ll terminate your account. No warnings, even. I mean, come on. It’s not like there aren’t plenty of other places on the Internet for this sort of thing.Don’t post content that is illegal
If you do, we’ll terminate you account immediately. And we may report you to the relevant authorities as well. So seriously, don’t do it.Don’t post copyright-protected material
Sutori wants your stories, not someone else’s. Keep the content original or we’ll remove it and send you a reminder of this guideline. And if you ignore our reminder, we’ll terminate your account.
